[Infobox] WMS link for WMS-swisstopo data leads to nothing

UC: open the infobox of a chargeable swisstopo layer, click the link to WMS
Result: https://wms.swisstopo.admin.ch/ produces an error message
Expected: user gets some information about the usage of the swisstopo WMS service
Workaround: link the product page of swisstopo wms instead:

This was a decision by topo / Geodatenabgabe to put the link to the shop-product WMS-swisstopo there, because the wms.swisstopo is not open for everyone and one needs to order a user/pw

2. As far as I know, we do not use a lang parameter for the WMS link. Is it ok to use a default?

As long as we are not opendata, there should be a link to the shop, because you have to pay for this wms.

Therefore I would support the proposal by @rebert above.
