Getting 2 EGID-numbers by searching for 1 address

We implement a solution with which you have to enter the address and get the EGID of the building at this address. Now we found an example that an address has 2 EGID-numbers: Obrechtstrasse 17, 4132 Muttenz

• https://map.geo.admin.ch/?ch.bfs.gebaeude_wohnungs_register=405663_0&time=None&lang=de&topic=ech
• https://map.geo.admin.ch/?ch.bfs.gebaeude_wohnungs_register=245064136_0&time=None&lang=de&topic=ech

The reason is simple: The old building has been demolished and a new building with the same address is beeing build.
In the links of the object there is no problem to identify the buildings, but how do we get the information (for example "status") with the API?
