Bootstrapping Angr CTFs error: access denied ?

Hello,
I tried to build the project by executing the ./bootstrap.sh script but I had small issues.

At first there was an error saying that python3.7 was not found, so I replaced it in the docker file with python3 (I can make the pull request for this if you agree, I can also wait to add a few more things if you prefer).

The next issue (that crashes the build) is a message saying pull access denied for angr_ctf, maybe it exist under another name ? or requires some privileges ?
