Make Ava + power assert + enzyme as an optional testing configuration.

Karma + mocha + expect + react-test-utils is current default.

I've been using the configuration I detail here: https://github.com/goldhand/notes/blob/master/notes/testing_react_webpack_with_ava_and_enzyme.md and it's been working really well for testing
