What is the feature you are proposing?

Flower is a nice UI for viewing the Celery state and would be useful for debugging, especially if we can deep link into it from log messages somehow. If it's not too much work it would be nice to get this deployed alongside the rest of the Turbinia infrastructure by default.

What would this feature improve or what problem would it solve?

Easier debugging and better visibility.

What alternatives have you considered?

(cc: @jleaniz since he brought this up initially and @wajihyassine for OSDFIR-infrastructure implications)
