Describe the issue

I want the ability to block ublock's popup interface. As I don't want my user to disable the cosmetic filtering I have for a page. For eg: I use cosmetic filtering to block the news, images, videos etc. buttons on the google search page. And I want the ability to either password protect the popup interface so the cosmetic filters applied stay locked for a user.
