[backend] New submission for NestJs, TypeORM using the hexagonal architecture and with unit/e2e tests

Hi everyone,

There is already a NestJS, TypeORM example. But would it be possible if I submit a new example built from scratch? I understand that duplicative submissions are generally discouraged, but I'd like to present a case for an exception that I believe could significantly benefit the NestJS community.

Issues with the current example

1. Outdated codebase: The example hasn't been updated in four years, which may deter its use in 2024 due to concerns about its relevance and security.
2. Lack of e2e tests: A robust production example should include end-to-end tests. The current project meets the minimum API spec requirements with exactly one unit test, which might not suffice for production standards.
3. Tightly coupled architecture: The architecture integrates database interactions directly within services, complicating unit testing efforts.
4. No docker support: The absence of Docker files makes it challenging to achieve a quick and reliable setup.

Proposed new example for NestJS/TypepORM/Postgres

1. Implement the standard Real-world backend specs from scratch.
2. Incorporate the latest NestJS and related dependencies as of 2024.
3. Adopt a Hexagonal (ports/adapters) architecture.
4. Design comprehensive real-world e2e tests that interact with the actual database to verify end-to-end functionality.
5. Include unit tests for all services.
6. Provide a Dockerfile for easy setup and deployment.

I believe this updated example will not only adhere to modern best practices but also enhance the usability and value of the NestJS framework for backend developers. Thank you for considering this proposal.
