[2023-09] Everyone: Please review changing ExecuteSelectionSet to ExecuteGroupedFieldSet

Relates to incremental delivery, both @yaacovCR and @benjie have found it helpful to change the algorithms in the GraphQL spec to better match the current GraphQL.js behavior and deal with "grouped field sets" rather than constructing new "pseudo-" selection sets on the fly.
