Hey Gvalvano,

Amazing work! My team currently is looking into some possible weakly supervised learning approaches in medical imaging and we are wondering if you could provide the source code similar to https://github.com/gvalvano/multiscale-adversarial-attention-gates/blob/master/data_interface/utils_acdc/prepare_dataset.py for the CHAOS and LVSC datasets? We can generate scribbles using the provided scribble generation script, but we need help with the downstream data processing task.
