Tray icon disappears when connected to a Remote Desktop

I'm create program which should collapse into the tray instead of completing the work and start it into remote PC. When I reconnected to remote computer via Remote Desktop, the tray icon disappeared. The program continued to work, but it was not displayed in the Task Manager. Only when I started the second instance of the program, both instances were displayed in the Task Manager.
