Ideas for the colors/visualization of validators #16

Ideas from Paradox.

Colors that indicate:

Paravalidator (already there).
- Assigned to a core.
Paravalidator but the points are not going up.
Produced block (or not :: gray maybe?).
- Could indicate with a shape inside the validator mesh.
Sent heartbeat.
Hasn't sent heartbeat and the era is near completion.
etc.

Border color could also be used as an indicator.

Validator state should be visible on the visualization, so it's could also be used by the nominators to identify better nodes.
