Can the Flexy be configured to push data via MQTT to Azure and to Thingworx in paralel?

It can. However, this project does not support that feature. We do have a Azure IoT specific project, but this is closed source and is sold along with maintenance program. The underlying project is sc-flexy-mqtt-lib
