port forwarding

hello, i would like to automatically asign a port to be forwarded straight from the script
how can i do it?
for example:
i have a port 9050 and i need it to be port forwarded
so it goes to page with fun 121 and then port forwards it with fun 122
i need to port it from 9050 to 9050 just to be public
