Which dataset should i download from https://www.cityscapes-dataset.com/downloads/.

And what should fine_val.txt and fine_train.txt contain?

Hi, I'm not the author, but the leftImg8bit_trainvaltest.zip (11GB) is the general choice of Cityscapes for semantic segmentation.
