Establish routine for communicating over serial. Preferably asynchronously, as to prevent hang ups with communication over RF

In addition to that, ensure RF Modules are reliable enough or if we should reconsider.
Look into encrypting data stream to improve reliability, such as with AES-128 encryption using the Teensy's Data Co-Processor
