Ability to use existing schedule from FICE advisor so that people don’t have to manually re-type all the timetable with its links.

For this we need to contact developers from FICE advisor and maybe they can provide this functionality for us

If we would not be able to use FICE advisor we should at least add uploading from excel spreadsheets
