Ability to create nes Tasks in Tasks/Issues view

It would be cool to create Tasks in the Tasks/Issues view as it would automatically add the date and also allows to plan ahead as some code files would not be there yet. Maybe it would land in a todo.txt file first, but then the task might be set to a file (would be cool to have this in the tag like $awesome.js:10 - $file:line).
I know that this is a major change, but it would elevate this plugin into a simple and easy (= really used) project manager instead of just a todo tracker.
