Just tested and am no longer getting this error.

Per this zulip thread, restarting the validator resolved the issue.

From that same thread, this appears to be caused by the following:

US Core Test Kit shares Inferno validator service with Inferno validator app. So if someone upload new FHIR R4B IG, then Inferno validator service could not identifies that version. We are considering spin off a separate service for US Core test kit. Also we will update Inferno validator service to recognized FHIR version 4.3.0.
