I'm not sure if you folks maintain this, but the docker hub version of infernocommunity/fhir-validator-service:latest is only built for ARM64. Previous versions were both arm & amd64, so I assume this was not intended. Version locking to infernocommunity/fhir-validator-service:v2.2.0 seems to fix the issue. (I had been using it for local testing.)
