Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.
The dataset includes species occurrence records from the 2020-21 Hong Kong Baseline Biodiversity Survey. The process of cross-checking the data with WoRMS (World Register of Marine Species) takes a long time, and therefore, I am eager to learn a more efficient way of performing data cleaning during the workshop. Additionally, I would like to upload the data to global databases, including OBIS. It would be a great opportunity to learn how to adapt the Darwin Core format.
Info about "raw" Data Files.
The 'raw' data file includes species occurrence records that have been cross-checked with WoRMS.
