My data set contains fisheries stock assesment data collected during a scientific deep water trawl fishing cruise conducted within the kenyan EEZ, the data is accompanied by a secondary dataset that is ecosounder data that shows the fish biomass at the point of trawl. My main challenge is how to format and relate the two datasets so as to bring out a robust wholseome output.

The raw data is two large excel workbooks, one containing fishing and catch information including species length weights and the other contains ecosounder data with the relative fish biomass, the datasets link together by set positions ie coordinate.
