I have the same issue. I use Nextcloud 18.0.1 (linuxserver.io Docker image) with the latest OCR from the app store. I don't use it often, but in the past this worked flawlessly.

This is not a bug, it is intended.

I will pin this issue and lock the conversation in order to inform other users that might otherwise as well submitting a new issue regarding this "problem".
