missing release artefacts for windows & mac

as per the readme there should be build artefacts for windows, linux & mac, however the current releases only feature linux artefacts.
1.1.3 seems to be the last release with all attachments, mac is missing since 1.1.4 and windows since 1.1.5.

this seems to be caused by the fact that the action which is supposed to create the release failed for these two platforms: https://github.com/jcaromiq/goku/actions/runs/9357474869

Yes, this is a known issue. I am aware that the build artifacts for Windows and Mac have been missing in the recent releases

I am actively investigating this problem and working on a solution.
