Environment is stuck in state 'Stopping...'

When using the start/stop scheduler the environment was repeatedly stuck in state 'stopping'.

We use the scheduler plugin to restart a Tomcat/PostgrsSQL environment once a week (30 minutes between stop and start, early sunday morning).

At the scheduled time the environment is changing to state 'stopping...' and hangs.
Nodes are unreachable and we are unable to change this state because start/stop buttons in the jelastic web console are disabled while stopping.
We then have to wait for our provider's jelastic support team to intervene.

This never happens when we stop/start the environment manually.

Tomcat 9.0.36/OpenJDK 11 plus PostgreSQL 12.2
