A room that allows only the first person to join the room to be able to talk and share screen/webcam. Everyone can use text chat though, just like a mini twitch.tv!

This is an interesting idea. I don't know that this could be achieved without having a sort of "personal" room feature that gives superuser privileges to a single peer. I've given this a lot of thought about how this work but haven't settled on a design for it. I will keep this use case in mind as I work on figuring it out! 👍
