A foraging variant in which "blocks" move periodically, according to some
spatial/temporal formula (or randomly), mimicking search and rescue,
pursuit-evader problems.

Would be interesting to see how the existing controllers fair on this
variant. This would also be an opportunity to employ PSO, RDPSO, and other
spatial exploration-exploitation balancing algorithms as new controllers.
