Refer to the following two documents

Get-AudioFile "あよ - 蛙楽.mp3" | Export-AudioCoverArt .
Get-AudioFile "あよ - 蛙楽.mp3" | Set-AudioMetadata -CoverArt (Get-AudioCoverArt "あよ - 蛙楽.png") -PassThru | Save-AudioMetadata

The unicode character becomes a question mark. And the png file becomes a jpg file.
