Manage a 'library' of tracks within the application

If the application can manage a library of its tracks/data, that would be ideal. For the web app, this would rely on localstorage which is not something I want people to rely on. That implies that I would need to find some cloud integration option, i.e. 'link with drive' and/or 'link with dropbox', assuming either of those are possible.
