[Feature request] Power cycle button

Feathub doesn't appear to exist anymore so I couldn't create a feature request over there :)

What were you doing?

Trying to print with a Prusa MK3S with an MMU2S and as usual the MMU2S was locking up again. For these cases I need to reset the printer and it would be very convenient to have a power cycle button in this plugin.

What did you expect to happen?

Have a power cycle button in addition to the power on/off button.

What happened instead?

No button

OctoPrint on Linux (Raspbian) running on a Pi4 with 8GB ram.
OctoPrint 1.8.2
