Feature request won't work (Temperature failsafe)

As requested I clicked the link to the feature-request on https://feathub.com/kantlivelong/OctoPrint-PSUControl
but it forwards me to an asian casino website.

Is there any other way to submit feature requests?

My feature request:
Turn off Power-supply when a set temperature is exceeded.
E.g. Nozzle temperature exceeds set 220°C so a signal to turn off power is sent.

Alternative: Is there a way to use a shell command to turn the power of via the PSU-Control Plugin?
E.g. Use TemperatureFailsafe-Plugin Shell Command to tell PSU-Control Plugin to turn off power.
