First field is simple text input with placeholder (#777 - bootstrap.css).
Second is Select2 (#999 - select2.css).

Closed via upgrade to release v3.0.0.

It was broken again with TWBS 3.3 (Yii2 was upgraded to use 3.3.x). Now Bootstrap uses #999 color.
Interesting, why Bootstrap developers changing this so often...
