Save / restore sampler / learned state?

Is there a way to currently save or restore the sampler state (including the normalizing flow state)? Is this something that would be reasonable to add if contributed?

I think there are some ways to export the sampler state, basically by pickling all the sampler state variables such as the step size. This is not implemented as a one-button standard implementation yet. We are going to make some quality-of-life improvements relatively soon. So stay tuned!
