Link to open other system's threat models from diagram (e.g. in external entity) in a new tab

When looking at a threat model, it would be nice to be able to easily open up the threat models of other systems/dependencies
connected to it. i.e. systems coming in through external entities.

An MVP could be to just link to the /system/<system-id>/latest.
