Show public archive link for draft campaigns

I like to draft campaigns ahead of time, and sometimes I need to link to (the public archive of) an earlier campaign. Currently I can't do this before the campaign is live, because I can't find the link.

It would be nice if the admin panel had this link. Doesn't matter if it actually works or not while the post is in draft.
