Scheduled status still visible for finished campaigns

This is a bug report for 2.0.0, I am not sure how 2.1.0 performs (yet).

This is the first column of the campaigns list:

You can see, that there is the info when the campaigns is scheduled (in 3 days, 16.2.). However this is also shown for the past, just backwards: 4days ago, 9.2.

While this information is still correct, I am not sure if it is needed. It confused me. A campaign that ended, ended. It does not matter to me, if it was planned or manually triggered. Even if, I do not need the exact date in this columns, as on the right (not shown in the screenshot) already is the date, where the campaign was sent.

Suggestion: Remove the UI Text for planned campaigns, that were already sent.
