In recent minecraft versions, the resourcepack file assets\minecraft\atlases\blocks.json is needed by many resourcepacks, including the one from this plug-in. This frequently causes conflicts with combined resourcepacks and the KCI pack, and usually requires manual fixing. It would be nice if this particular file was merged automatically.
