Dedicated volume bulb and mute switch cannot be disabled

Describe The Bug:

I am not able to disable the dedicated mute switch and volume light bulb.

To Reproduce:

Set dedicatedMuteSwitch and dedicatedVolumeLightbulb to false.

Expected behavior:

Both controls should disappear in the Home app.
