RPC nodes cannot be edited or deleted. #65

Once a node has been added to the list of RPC nodes, it cannot be edited or deleted.

This also applies to nodes hard-coded in the default list of RPC nodes.

The mobile Oxen wallet looks as if it has code that could be ported to this app to make the nodes editable and deletable:
