Using a free range of setting values can lead to undesirable behavior when the user has too much free time, which is restored too quickly.
I suggest making presets for these values.
For example, when the user selects 10 to 20 minutes of maximum free time, the inhibitor may be of little value, but if the user wants 1 or 2 hours of maximum free time, then the inhibitor value must also be greater.
