We at least need to be able to distinguish mutators from validators in order to recommend functions for each relevant part of the Kptfile pipeline.

Since some functions may not be idempotent, it would be useful to distinguish those, for different suggestions in Kptfile pipeline vs fn eval.

I also want to filter functions based on the resource types they operate on.
