[WIP] Kubuntu 20.04 post-installation script

A Kubuntu post-installation script for installing and configuring stuff.

How to use

Update the latte file or files (optional)
Make the script executable
```
$ sudo chmod +x ubu_post_install.sh
```
Execute
```
$ sudo ./ubu_post_install.sh
```
