Добрый день.
Как то можно переопределить исходный template с помощью x-template
например

<script type="text/x-template" id="custom-template">
    <div>
    <CountDown
        :date="props.date"
        :title="props.title"
        :end="props.end"
        :color="props.color" >
    </CountDown>

    <span>{{ title }}</span>
  </div>
</script>
