Is there any way to use this in Steam Deck game mode?

Honestly I've never touched a steam deck, what differences does game mode make?'

It's a linux device, no? It should be able to run CrossOver

How do I run it on Steam Deck? I don't have much experience with Linux

Download the AppImage and try these two methods from this thread:

https://www.reddit.com/r/SteamDeck/comments/t5rd8q/how_to_launch_appimage_from_steam_mode/

For anyone still struggling with this just right click the file and go to properties. Then permissions and check the "is executable" box.

Steam allows you to directly add executable files by clicking on "Add a game" → "Add a Non-Steam Game…" → "Browse…" This will drop you in a file system explorer set to /usr/share/applications/, you can navigate to the file system root ("/") by clicking the "up"-button right next to the address bar repeatedly. From there navigate to /home/[whatever-the-name-of-the-steam-deck-user-is]/[wherever-you-saved-the-Appimage-to] .
Edit: When navigating to the AppImage file you might be caught of guard by a bunch of folders start with ".". Those are usually not exposed to the user, you can probably scroll right past them.

Unfortunately it even runs but stays in full screen and doesn't work with the game.

Is it possible to create a crosshair with this? I've been trying for a long time to have crosshairs on Steam Deck, but so far I have no idea how to achieve this.

Sorry, I can't really tell you one way or the other without access to the hardware
