Missing "medium" and "heavy" variations in fonts.google.com

Dear Author,

There are some variations of this font missing from google fonts. I work for IBM and one of our high-profile clients wants to use the "medium" and "heavy" variations for this font, however fonts.google.com does not server those, while many other sites do.

Please consider adding the "medium" and "heavy" variations to fonts.google.com because it is a significantly more performant and reliable source for web fonts compared to other sources.

@codeAscetic please keep an eye on google/fonts#3978, this is the issue that is tracking the Lato update in Google Fonts.

@codeAscetic I should state that I have a whole build set from running the Python build script stored at this repository. There are in fact medium and heavy files in that folder, complete with italics.
