Missing character for Serbian Language

We are working for a client and Lato is our Corporate font. We are working on the Annual Report in the SERBIAN Language. We are missing two characters. First we use the Google font and later the Adobe Type Kit font because this should be the latest version 2.0.

But still we have this problem. To solve this in the regular version we are changing two glyps characters in the Fagun font.
This is almost a perfect look-a-like.

In the light version we are using italic light and change the perspective with -8.

In black version we are using the heavy font.

And sometimes we are using Lato medium because there is no regular available.

Is there a latest version we can buy to solve this major problem. There are more than 1000 characters we need to change.
