자가진단 문항이 계속 바뀌기 때문에, 매번 업데이트하기에는 너무 귀찮아서 그걸 바꿀 필요가 있습니다.

dex 생성 워크플로우 생성
적당한 저장소에 올리기
업데이트 가능한 범위를 넓히기 위해 :api 모듈에 대한 다른 코드의 의존성 줄이기 (3.0.0에는 repository interface를 만들어서 구현할 계획이지만..)
