Hi, I'm having this error when bringing up the project when running this command

docker-compose up --build -d

Then it happened,

Cannot start service app: b'failed to initialize logging driver: NoCredentialProviders: no valid providers in chain. Deprecated.\n\tFor verbose messaging see aws.Config.CredentialsChainVerboseErrors'

OS:
Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Docker Version
Docker version 18.09.2

Terraform Version
v0.11.13
Reason being of using older version is because of
hashicorp/terraform#19416
and
hashicorp/terraform#19221
So to save the hassle, decided to go along with the older version of Terraform
