Device isn't recognized anymore after anything I do!

Hi, I have a huge problem that, after I have done just one action with the device, like pairing it, libimobiledevice doesn't recognize it anymore and I have to disconnect it and reconnect it back. Even though iTunes keeps recognizing it. It's so frustrating, any way to fix this? Or is this a common issue?
