[Feature Request] Custom Fast Foward/Rewind Audio Files

A very silly idea I had in mind, what if instead of muting it it just played back a MIDI, WAV, or FLAC. It could be a short loop, like VCR rewind/fast forward noise, record scratching, or it can be a full song randomly picked from a directory, or even associated with a game (a battle theme in an rpg).

It could be used for immersion, general QoL, or even memes:

I picked those three formats because they're the least intensive processing wise.
