I made an effort to keep the tooling running client-side OS-agnostic (not to be confused with the Function resource itself which runs on Linux) (besides the small Windows-specific Batchfile which acts as a startup wrapper). Since PowerShell is also available for Linux it should be usable on Linux just as easily as on Windows

I will probably get around to taking care of this myself eventually, but in the meantime if someone has tried to run this project on Linux anyway please let me know how it went
